Wednesday After school program:While School is in Session. Includes Early day release.
Off site early dismissal— meet in front of-office area 11:50 AM, walk 1/2 mile 3942 Hawthorne and have class until 1:30PM parent pick up there. Extended paid hours available until 2:30 and 3:30. Reserve ahead
ROLLING throughout school year. 2:45-3:45 – GYM- PPS elementary school children only. Must be a club member for participation.
-Uniform purchased separately not required for first class(see dojo shop). Required after first class. Masks are strongly encouraged when child is ill.
-Children MUST participate in class and cannot “sit out” unless ill. If your child is unwell at the beginning of the day please excuse them from class. This is a traditional structured karate class. Talking is also not allowed. Participation is mandatory we do not have the staff to take care of children who are not following the group activity.
PLEASE NOTE:
All UNIFORMS are required and(always worn for courtesy) with white BELTS,
ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT (required for insurance at Regular classes) ARE all PURCHASED SEPARATELY and are not a part of membership dues-
Membership dues cannot be refunded (see payment policy). Thank you. No returns on uniforms or equipment.
PAYMENT/POLICIES:
All Cancellations must be in writing only. No refund for expulsions or disregard of safety rules.
In person classes and or video lessons:
-No refund after 2 days of quarter commencement(or payment processing)whichever comes later.
-Payment in full must be received prior to class anniversary date of 3 months or 12 weeks or whichever comes first for continuing students. If payment is received after that date a $35 late fee will be assessed. Any refund will include a $55 Administration Fee.
_Late Pick up from Richmond. $25 fee assessed if pick up is not by 3:45 Gym door.
